Stephen Willis

Stephen has over 35 years’ experience as a banker, corporate treasurer and corporate finance practitioner and as an adviser to public and private companies and to not-for-profit organisations.
Stephen has been involved with Dial Partners and its predecessor companies since 2001. From 2003 to 2009 he was a Partner at Carlton Partners LLP, an independent investment banking firm with activities encompassing corporate finance advisory, asset management and private equity.
Prior to joining Dial, Stephen was Corporate Finance Director at Billiton Plc, having previously served in a number of senior corporate finance and corporate treasury roles in the mining, energy and retailing industries in the UK, Europe and the US. He was previously a Vice President at Citigroup.
Stephen holds a MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a MA in Law and History from the University of Cambridge.
